- All admissions, program ownership, curriculum, fees, delivery of classes, and certification are the sole responsibility of Amity University Online (or other respective universities).
- Our role is to provide program information, guidance, and admission support only.
3) Program Information & Accuracy
Program details (fees, eligibility, curriculum, policies) may change. Students must always verify official details on the university’s website before making decisions. Mavericks is not responsible for changes made by the university.
4) Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and documents during the admission process.
- The university has the final authority to accept or reject applications.
- False or incorrect details may result in rejection.
5) Fees & Payments
- University program fees are decided and collected directly by the university or its authorized partner.
- Any EMI, refund, or cancellation is strictly governed by the university’s refund policy.
- Mavericks does not collect or hold university tuition fees.
- If any counseling-related service charges apply, they will be clearly shared before payment.
6) No Guarantees
Mavericks does not guarantee admission, scholarships, placements, salaries, or visa approvals. Outcomes depend on student profile, university decisions, and external conditions.
7) Use of Website
You agree not to provide false information, misuse the website, or copy our content without permission.
8) Intellectual Property
All text, design, and graphics on this website belong to Mavericks or are licensed. Copying or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
9) Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party/university websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Please review their terms separately.
